■ 8月のスケジュール変更について（重要）

このたび、栄スポーツセンターの空調設備のある体育館を2枠確保することができました。そのため、8月の一部スケジュールを以下の通り変更します。

• 8月6日（木）

  
  

  　鎌倉武道館での17:00〜の練習は中止し、19:00〜栄スポーツセンターで開催します。

• 8月15日（土）

  
  

  　鎌倉武道館での17:00〜の練習は中止し、11:00〜栄スポーツセンターで開催します。

お間違えのないようご確認ください。

■ 7月23日 山根仁平選手との特別セッション

7月23日に開催予定の山根仁平選手との特別セッションですが、まだ若干名の空きがあります。レベルを問わずご参加いただけますので、ご興味のある方はぜひご参加ください。

■ 8月2日 ジュニア向けセッション

8月2日（日）午後5時からの鎌倉武道館の練習では、コート1面を小学生・中学生向けのジュニアセッションとして使用します（体験会）。現在あと1名参加可能です。参加をご希望の方は、私またはHidekoまで個別にご連絡ください。

■ 8月8日 フレンドシップ・オープンプレー

8月8日（金）午後7時から鎌倉武道館にて、他サークルとフレンドシップ・オープンプレーを開催します。

このイベントについては、事前に日程調整にご協力いただき、8月8日に参加可能と回答された方を優先してご案内しています。該当する方には個別にご連絡しておりますので、参加をご希望の場合は48時間以内を目安にTeamHubで参加登録をお願いします。それ以外の方は、恐れ入りますが、現時点では登録をお待ちください。

■ 8月9日 通常練習

日程調整の際に8月9日なら参加可能と回答された方につきましては、通常どおり8月9日の定例練習にご参加いただけます。

■ 8月11日 フレンドシップ・オープンプレー

なお、8月11日（月・祝）午後5時からも、鎌倉体育館にて、他サークルとフレンドシップ・オープンプレーを開催します。

8月9日に参加可能と回答された方には、8月11日のイベントについても個別にご案内しております。こちらも参加をご希望の場合は、48時間以内を目安にTeamHubで参加登録をお願いします。

8月11日のイベントについても、まずはご案内済みの方を優先とさせていただきますので、その他の方は登録をお待ちください。

■ ご回答いただいていない方へ

8月8日および8月11日の両イベントについて、火曜日の午前中の時点で空きがある場合は、残りの枠を開放する予定です。

少し分かりにくい運用となり申し訳ありませんが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。ご不明な点がありましたら、個別にお問い合わせください。

IMPORTANT: August Schedule Changes and Upcoming Events

Good morning, everyone. We have a few important announcements regarding upcoming events and changes to our August schedule.

■ August Schedule Changes (Important)

We were able to secure two additional indoor air-conditioned slots at Sakae Sports Center, and therefore the August schedule will be amended as follows:

• Thursday, August 6

  
  

  The 5:00 PM session at Kamakura Budokan is canceled and replaced with a 7:00 PM session at Sakae Sports Center.

• Saturday, August 15

  
  

  The 5:00 PM session at Kamakura Budokan is canceled and replaced with an 11:00 AM session at Sakae Sports Center.

Please make sure to check the updated schedule.

■ July 23 – Special Session with Jinpei Yamane

We still have a few spots available for the special session with pickleball athlete Jinpei Yamane on July 23. Players of all levels are welcome, so please feel free to join if you are interested.

■ August 2 – Junior Session

During our regular practice at Kamakura Budokan on Sunday, August 2, from 5:00 PM, one court will be dedicated to a junior session for elementary and junior high school students (trial session). We currently have one spot available. If interested, please contact either Hideko or me directly.

■ August 8 – Friendship Open Play

We will hold a Friendship Open Play session on Friday, August 8, from 7:00 PM at Kamakura Budokan with another club.

For this event, priority is being given to members who previously indicated availability for August 8 in the scheduling survey. Those members have already been contacted individually. If you are one of them and would like to attend, please register on TeamHub within the next 48 hours. We kindly ask everyone else to wait before registering at this time.

■ August 9 – Regular Practice Session

Members who indicated that August 9 was a suitable date are, of course, welcome to attend our regular practice session as usual.

■ August 11 – Friendship Open Play

In addition, we will hold another Friendship Open Play session on Monday, August 11, at 5:00 PM at Kamakura Gym with another club.Members who indicated availability for August 9 have already been contacted individually regarding this event. If you would like to attend, please register on TeamHub within the next 48 hours.　As with the August 8 event, those who were contacted directly will have priority for registration. We ask everyone else to wait before signing up.

■ For Members Who Did Not Respond to the Survey

For both the August 8 and August 11 Friendship Open Play events, any remaining spots will be opened to all members on Tuesday morning if vacancies still exist.　We apologize if this process seems a little complicated, but we are trying to prioritize those who helped with the initial scheduling survey.　If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
