「一日二度の幸せ — 朝のビーチクリーン、夕方のピックルボール」Twice the joy — beach clean in the morning, pickleball in the evening

朝に友達と会えるのも嬉しいですが、同じ日に二度会えるのはもっと嬉しいですね。朝はビーチクリーン、そして夕方はピックルボールと、なかなか充実した一日になりました。両方に参加してくれた皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。そして夕方の練習に参加してくださった皆さんにも感謝です。残念ながら今日の練習は選挙のためキャンセルになりましたが、急なお知らせにもかかわらず多くの方が集まってくれて嬉しかったです。

次回の練習は、7月25日（金）大船体育館にて。まだ数枠空いていますので、ぜひチェックしてみてください！

Seeing friends once in a day is a pleasure—but seeing them twice is even better. From the morning beach clean to the late afternoon pickleball, it was a full and rewarding day. Big thanks to those who took part in both, and of course to everyone who joined us for the evening practice. Today’s session has unfortunately been canceled because of the election, but I truly appreciated how many of you made it on such short notice yesterday .
