私たちが大切にしていること Why we are doing this

このグループを運営している理由について、少し共有させてください。私たちはまず何よりも、このスポーツが心から好きです。プレーすること、上達すること、そしてコートで一緒に時間を過ごすことを楽しんでいます。もちろん、誰にでもあるように、好きな時に、好きな形で、好きなだけプレーしたいと思うこともあります。

その一方で、私たちは意識的に、それ以上のことをする選択をしました。コミュニティを育て、このスポーツを広め、将来の世代に引き継いでいけるものを作りたいと考え、時間とエネルギーを投じています。これは、私たちにとって「コミュニティへの貢献」と考えてます。だからこそ、このグループは、ワンクリックで匿名のまま参加・退会でき、そこに何の社会的な配慮も必要としないサービスではありません。自動的に物事が進むボタンは存在しません。ここで成り立っているすべては、実際の人間が自発的に時間や労力、調整、そして気持ちを注いでいるからこそ成り立っています。

そのため、このグループへの参加は、相互の尊重と基本的な大人としての配慮を前提としています。率直なコミュニケーション、責任ある行動、そしてこれは利便性を最大化するための有料サービスではなく、皆で支えていく共同の取り組みであるという理解が含まれます。

この頃、人と人との関係でさえも、ますます「取引」になっていく世界に生きています。しかし、このグループをそのような形にしたいとは思っていません。ここは消費するためのサービスではなく、共に築いていく場です。この考え方を理解し、尊重してくださる方々を、私たちは心から歓迎します。そして、それこそが、健全で持続可能なコミュニティが長く続いていく唯一の方法だと信じています。

日頃から前向きに関わり、この場を支えてくださっている皆さんに感謝します。

We would like to take a moment to explain why we are doing this. First and foremost, we do this because we genuinely love the sport. We enjoy playing it, improving, and sharing time on the court together. Like anyone else, there are times when we would simply like to play when we want, how we want, and for as long as we want.

At the same time, we made a conscious decision to go beyond that. We chose to invest time and energy into building a community, spreading the sport, and creating something that can eventually be handed over to future generations. This is, very intentionally, a form of community service. Because of that, this group is not a one-click service where one subscribes to or unsubscribe from anonymously at zero social cost. There is no button that makes things happen automatically. Everything here exists because real people are voluntarily putting in time, effort, coordination, and emotional energy.

Participation in this group is therefore based on mutual respect and basic human consideration. This includes communicating directly, behaving responsibly, and understanding that this is a shared effort — not a paid service designed for maximum convenience. We live in a world that is becoming increasingly transactional, even in areas that used to be human and relational. We do not want this group to function that way. This is not a service to be consumed, but a space to be built together. We are happy to welcome people who understand and respect that spirit. And we believe that this is the only way a healthy, sustainable community can exist over time.
