夏がやってきました! Summer's Here!

本日もご参加いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました。

暑さの中ではありましたが、今日もたくさんの笑顔とナイスプレーにあふれた楽しいセッションとなりました。

鎌倉はいよいよ夏の始まりです。紫陽花が美しく咲き誇り、夜には海辺で夜光虫の幻想的な輝きが見られることもあります。一年の中でも特に魅力的な季節がやってきました。

これからさらに暑くなりますので、こまめな水分補給と電解質の補給を忘れず、無理をせずにプレーを楽しみましょう。体調管理も上達への大切な一歩です。

明日もセッションを予定していますので、ご参加予定の皆さまはよろしくお願いします。また、来週の平日セッションにはまだ若干の空きがあります。ご都合の合う方はぜひご参加ください。

Despite the heat, it was another fun day filled with smiles, great rallies, and plenty of good pickleball.

Summer is arriving in Kamakura. The hydrangeas are in full bloom, and on some evenings you can even catch the magical glow of bioluminescent plankton along the shoreline. It is one of the most beautiful times of the year to be outdoors and active.

As temperatures continue to rise, please remember to stay hydrated, replenish electrolytes, and take breaks when needed. Looking after your health is just as important as improving your game.

We have another session tomorrow and look forward to seeing many of you there. We also have a few spots available for next week's weekday sessions, so if you would like to play more pickleball, we would be delighted to have you join us.
