ヴィクトリアでの体験会 & 武道館練習Victoria Event & Budokan Practice

昨日、スポーツエクスプレスヴィクトリアにてピックルボールの無料体験会を開催しました。昨年12月に続いての開催となりましたが、今回は12:30の準備から17:00の終了まで、まさにノンストップの一日でした。私を含めた6名のチームスタッフで対応にあたり、子どもからシニアまで、なんと60名以上の方々にピックルボールを体験していただくことができました。

体験会を終えた後は、そのまま武道館へ移動して練習を行いました。非常に暑い中でのプレイとなりましたが、ここで予想外の出来事がありました。

メンバーのひとりが私の誕生日であることを知ったらしく、コート上でサプライズのお祝いをしてくれたのです。正直なところ少し恥ずかしさもありましたが、皆さんの温かいお気持ちに心から感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました。

昨日サポートしてくれたチームメンバーの皆さん、そして足を運んでくださった参加者の皆様、蒸し暑い中本当にありがとうございました。本日、小さな子どもたちを対象としたイベントを開催します。今日もコートで皆さんとお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！

Yesterday, we held a free pickleball trial event at Victoria Sports Express. Following our first one last December, this turned into a non-stop day from setting up at 12:30 PM until finishing at 5:00 PM. Our team of six staff members was on our feet the entire time, and we had over 60 people of all ages—from young kids to seniors—come out to try pickleball.

Right after the trial event, we headed over to the Budokan for practice. It was extremely hot inside, but that's when a completely unexpected surprise happened.

One of our club members somehow found out it was my birthday and organized a surprise celebration right there on the court. To be honest, I felt a little shy and embarrassed, but I truly appreciate everyone's kindness and warm thoughts. Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to the team members who supported the event yesterday, and to everyone who came out to join us. Today, we're holding a special event for young children. Looking forward to seeing many of you on the court again today!
